Captain Cleanoff
Captain Cleanoff is a complete grind holocaust. The band formed in the South Australian town of Mt Gambier in 1996 with Christian Dicer on drums before moving to Adelaide sometime afterward. Heath Twigden replaced Dicer in 1997. When early bassist Michael Slottagraf left the band, Johnson played bass until White joined the fold. Murray replaced Twigden in 2001. Captain Cleanoff played at Metal for the Brain in 2003.

50 Lions
50 Lions is a hardcore band from Byron Bay, New South Wales, Australia and are fast growing in the hardcore music scene.
In 2006 they released their self-titled 7” which sold out within 3 months of its release. Later that year they released their debut album Nowhere To Run, through Washed Up Records. Followed by Time Is The Enemy which was released through Resist Records.
In 2006 they did a tour with fellow and now defunct Australian band I Killed The Prom Queen. At the beginning of 2008 the band played alongside of Parkway Drive in 14 out of 15 dates to some less visited locations around Australia in the Surf Rat Tour.
So many shit bands come from Byron, but these guys are decent. Check it out.

Los Crudos
Los Crudos (AKA Crudos) is an American hardcore punk band, prominent during the 1990s. Based out of Chicago, Illinois, all four members were Latino, so Los Crudos chose to sing almost all of their songs in Spanish. In addition, the band was extremely political; its lyrics often commented on cultural and socio-economic difficulties inherent in the American way of life. Los Crudos incorporated DIY ethics into every aspect of the band including promoting and organizing shows, producing records, distribution, and so on. This even included tours of Mexico and South America. The band’s recordings appeared on independent record labels such as Flat Earth Records and lead singer Martin Sorrondeguy’s label Legua Armada Discos.
In 2004, Martin Sorrondeguy released his documentary film Beyond The Screams: A U.S. Latino Hardcore Punk Documentary, which focussed on the Latino punk scene in the US. After Los Crudos came to an end, Sorrondeguy formed a new band, Limp Wrist, a queercore/straight edge hardcore punk band with which he performs. He has also been in the bands Harto and Tragatelo, as well. Guitarist Jose has gone onto play in Chicago punk band I Attack. Their last drummer Ebro was also in Charles Bronson, MK-Ultra and Punch In the Face.
Los Crudos did a surprise reunion show at the first “Latino Fest” put on by Southkore records in Chicago. They also played a reunion show at Chaos in Tejas 2008 and are scheduled to play the 3rd Latino Fest in Los Angeles.
Not as good as Limp Wrist but still pretty awesome.

Turns out I fully stuffed the upload. I'll have it back up later.

Limp Wrist
Limp Wrist is a hardcore band featuring members of Los Crudos, Hail Mary, and Kill the Man Who Questions.
Referring to their style of hardcore punk music, the band declared in Frontiers Newsmagazine, “We put the ‘core’ back in homocore”. Their first recording was the self-released demo Don’t Knock It Till You Try It. This was followed by a single called “What’s Up With The Kids” and then the self-titled LP Limp Wrist. However, since band members lived in different states maintaining the group became difficult. After an interlude they resumed touring in 2004 and released a new LP, Complete Discography the same year. The song “Ode” from this recording pays tribute to pioneering gay hardcore musicians Gary Floyd of The Dicks, Randy “Biscuit” Turner of Big Boys and Joshua Plague of Mukilteo Fairies and Behead The Prophet, No Lord Shall Live, providing a historical context for Limp Wrist.
The band’s best known song is “I Love Hardcore Boys, I Love Boys Hardcore”, which received much attention from fans and press alike. Lead singer Martin Sorrondeguy appears in “Queercore: A Punk-u-mentary” by Scott Treleaven and addresses the issue implicit in these song titles, what some might view as the apparent struggles of being both queer and being involved in the punk scene.
In 2004 Sorrondeguy released his own documentary film, “Beyond The Screams: A U.S. Latino Hardcore Punk Documentary.” He had begun the film while still a member of his former band Los Crudos.
I love this band.

G-ANX
It's been a while. Don't blame me. And yeah, most people already know G-ANX, but still, they're awesome.
I know sweet fuck all about this band. It's crust but with weird ass melodies and stuff. Definitely recommended.
I'm pretty sure that Flashbacks is a discography CD, but I really can't be fucked looking it up. I have a couple of their 7"'s though if anyone wants them.
I'm too tired for this.

Pillsbury Hardcore
Pillsbury Hardcore formed in the summer of 1984 out the ashes of Disinfection & DDT. The band was named by a friend, Pat Kwee, after another friend (Dean Riley Stokes, who on the first gig was their guitar player) who resembled the Pillsbury Doughboy and was feverishly into hardcore, hence Pillsbury Hardcore. Their first show was a party where everybody was getting drunk, in retaliation to what they were experiencing, they borrowed instruments and called themselves “The Straight Edge Fascists/Pillsbury Hardcore”. The set consisted of a improv jams with lyrics made up on the spot and basically annoyed all the party goers (this was basically the band’s mantra until the end). This would continue for a few more parties and into their first bonafide show, which featured Scab on vox, Bob Durkee on guitar, Jon Roa on bass, and Joel Connell on drums. This lineup lasted one show and Shawn Connell was brought in on bass duties which also lasted one show when Shawn was moved to guitar and Eric Wood on bass. This lineup lasted for nearly two years and produced a demo (Poppin Fresh), a live tape (Live In 85), a appearance on Flipside Video, two 7″ records (In A Straight Edge Limbo & Horror Snores), and two compilation appearances (End the War Zone & Empty Skulls 2). Sadly the group disbanded in the summer of 1986. After a brief break, the band minus Scab, reformed. Which produced a failed attempt at an album (which Scab contributed vocals to). The album material was not up to snuff so plans to release the L.P. were subsequently scrapped.
The band continued for another year which produced some of the tightest material the band ever produced and was the groundwork for the oncoming “Power Violence” movement. After a short U.S. tour the band called it a day.
Other members went on to form Pissed Happy Children, Shoeface, Process, End to End, & of course Man is the Bastard.
Hey Bob what's up?

Satanic Malfunctions
Satanic Malfunctions was an English hardcore band with lyrics full of political and vegetarian views. Their music was extremely fast to the like of Lärm, Heresy, and Cryptic Slaughter, which will always equal greatness.
That video was when they were on their first German tour with SM-70. Same gig as the SM-70 video I posted before too.

SM-70
Prominent in the mid to late ’80s, SM-70 was a German hardcore punk band, one of Germany’s precursors to grindcore and powerviolence. Their blinding speed took cues from Siege and Deep Wound. They could be compared to bands like Septic Death and Ripcord. They have two EPs and a split with English Hardcore band Satanic Malfunctions.

Fucking sucks
I wont be uploading anything new for a few days because my bandwidth sucks. So I thought I'd steal shit off of my numerous other blogs and post it here. Also, I really can't be fucked with long descriptions.
Disrupt - Discography
Disrupt is a crust band formed in Boston in 1992. Don't really need to say much about this band other than they're pretty dope. If you haven't already got it download it now.
Discharge - Why
One of the best albums I've heard from the most influential hardcore band in history. I loves me some Discharge.
Tipper's Gore - Tipper's Gore
Tipper's Gore is a hardcore band from Orange County and they rip. Awesome band from the modern scene.
ACxDC - He Had it Comin'
Anti Christ Demon Core is a powerviolence band from Azusa in California. This is the only stuff they're released I think, can't be bothered searching it.
Rapt - Demo 85
Rapt were a noisy hardcore band from France which formed in the mid 80's. They have an extremely unique sound for hardcore and it's great. Seriously, check this out.
Soul Swallower - Soul Swallower
Soul Swallower - Soul Swallower Demo
Soul Swallower is a powerviolence band from Boston. Listen.
Rhine Charge - s/t 7"
Rhino Charge is grindy powerviolence band from Thousand Oaks, California. Pretty awesome stuff and is definitely recommended.
Bookburner - s/t 7"
Bookburner is a powerviolence band from Tacoma, Washington. Total Man Is the Bastard worship but it's still awesome.
Rudimentary Peni - Death Church
If you haven't heard this yet you suck. Download it now.
Siege - Drop Dead
Siege was a highly influential hardcore band formed in 1983 in Massachusetts. This band is killer. Some people say that Siege invented the style and sound of grindcore. Anyway, you need this album. Get it now.
Throbbing Gristle - 20 Jazz Funk Greats
Figured I'd save this for last. Throbbing Gristle were an experimental industrial band formed in 1976 in London. This album is some of the weirdest stuff I have ever heard. Still a great album though, infact, it's one of my favourites. Check it out.
Yeah, I'm lazy as all hell. Anyway, Be back posting new stuff as soon as my bandwidth resets which is like 2-3 days from now.

Negative FX
Negative FX was apart of the Boston crew in the early 80s and seriously, these guys are easily one of my favourite hardcore bands, and you can tell that they had a big impact on the whole powerviolence thing. Too bad they only lasted like 5 shows? I don't know.
This was recorded in 82 and it's divine. You need this.

Blood Freak
Blood Freak is the brainchild of Maniac Neil Smith. Razorback fanboys love him and I really like his music too. Neil formed Blood Freak just after his other project Frightmare released their first album in 2003. The lyrics focus on 70s and 80s horror films, which is always fun. For fans of any type of grind.

Hatred Surge
Yeah I know I'm being lazy again. Sue me.
Hatred Surge was formed as a one man powerviolence band by former Insect Warfare bassist Alex Hughes in Houston, Texas. Now lately I've been on a huge powerviolence and Hatred Surge, along with Iron Lung and Weekend Nachos, have been playing frequently. Though Hatred Surge didn't click with me immediately, it took like 2-3 listens of the Discography CD to get really addicted. Also Alex recruited Faiza Kracheni for backup vocals and she has an awesome voice.
So I'm posting a Discography CD, which is basically all their early demos and splits in one, Servant b/w Bestial, which is 2 songs both at like two minutes something and I'm also posting the Isolated Human EP which starts off if memory serves me correct with a noise track. For any powerviolence nut.

Iron Lung//Hatred Surge
Alright so I lied, I won't post Kylesa until later, but still, this rips. When two tyrants of powerviolence come together to make a record, something great has to come out of it, and luckily it has. 8 tracks of pure rape. You need this.
Broken: A Collaboration
Mega update
Yeah I know I've been slack, so I thought I'd make it up to you guys.
Sea of Deprivation - Catharsis in Disharmony
Sea of Deprivation are a 3 piece sludgey crust band from Arizona featuring members of Misanthropic (another sludge/crust band). Basically think Dystopia except more pissed. If you like Dystopia you are going to love this, and Phil and Ben sound just like Dino and Mauz. Check it.
Dystopia - Dystopia
Dystopia/Skaven 12"
Dystopia - The Aftermath...
Dystopia - Human = Garbage
Figured I'd post some of them, considering they're my second favourite band and all. Dystopia were a sludgey crust band formed in Orange County by Dino, Mauz and Todd in like 1991. They released 1 LP, 3 EP's, though all the songs from the Backstabber EP are on the Aftermath EP, which is epic. They also released a couple of splits with bands like Grief, Embittered, Suffering Luna and Skaven. I'm posting the Skaven one but if anyone wants the other three I've got them lying around somewhere.
Carcinogen - Kure
Carcinogen was the band Dino was in before he was in Dystopia. They were a 3 piece grindy death metal band which was active in the early 90's and broke up in like 92/93. They released this demo and they also released a promo which I can't be bothered looking for, I'll put it up later when I have it.
California Love - Can't Waste Death
California Love - Reaping the Whirlwind
California Love are a powerviolence band from Oakland, California. They basically sound like a more grind influenced powerviolence band from the 90s. Check it.
Coke Bust - Fuck Bar Culture
Coke Bust - Cycle of Violence
Coke Bust are a straight edge hardcore band formed in 2006 in DC. I'm not usually a fan of the modern scene but this rips, the powerviolence influences make it great. Get it now.
Heresy - Face Up to It!
Heresy were a faaaast hardcore band formed in Stoke, UK in 1985. This is my favourite release of theirs, but don't get me wrong all their other stuff rips. I just can't be bothered uploading it. Get it.
Zounds - The Curse of Zounds
Zounds were an anarchist post-punk band formed in 1977 in the UK. Their main influences being the Velvet Underground and Sex Pistols (Sex Pistols suck, but seriously this sounds nothing like them and is tonnes better), Zounds recorded their first EP in 1980 called Can't Cheat Karma. Like a year after The Curse of Zounds was released. Seriously you need this album. I don't care if you don't like post-punk get this now.
That's it for this post thing. Next up probably Kylesa.

Frightmare
Frightmare are a sharp and deadly metallic force like no other! The band came together in mid 2002 when "Maniac" Neil Smith asked some friends if they would be interested in forming a new band. With the goal being to create the catchiest, heaviest most original hybrid of old school death metal, grindcore, punk and thrash they could. The lyrical influence came from Neil's life-long obsession with late 70's/early 80's slasher films like The Burning, Friday the 13th, Maniac, My Bloody Valentine, Slumber Party Massacre and Sleepaway Camp. That same year the band wrote and recorded their first Slashterpiece appropriately titled "Midnight Murder Mania". "MMM" was released in the winter of 2003 with rave reviews from both magazines and fans. People noticed right away that these freaks didn't care about the current trends happening in heavy music and that they were all about writing ultra catchy, blood drenched METAL. death metal, grindcore and
punkers alike all dug the "Stalk and Thrash Grind" that Frightmare acheived on "MMM". It was a breath of fresh air in the stagnant underground metal scene. It was a reminder of the days when Slayer thrashed, Terrorizer grinded like no other and Impetigo were the kings of GORE.
Frightmare took a break from 2003-2004 to with the various members concentration on their other musical projects. Then in early 2005 the four demented fiends got back together to write and record their second album titled "Bringing Back the Bloodshed". This time Frightmare upped the ante even more with an amazing production, even heavier razor sharp riffs, faster more precise blast beats and an insane quad vocal attack! "Bringing Back the Bloodshed" is the return of the gore soaked metal monstrosity! Fans of everything from Repulsion to the Misfits and everything in between will love this new CD!

Assholeparade
Assholeparade are a powerviolence band formed in 1995 by Travis Ginn, Jon Weisburg, Brian Johnson and Chris Campisi in Gainesville, Florida. They now play as a 5 piece band and only 2 original members remain, Travis and Jon.
Easily the best powerviolence I've ever heard. Easily. And Student Ghetto Violence is in my top 10 favourite albums of all time, it's that good. They have released 2 LP's and one EP and they also featured on some compilations. I was going to post everything they released but it turns out the Say Goodbye EP is corrupt or something so I'll fix that up later, in the meantime check out these two albums. Fucking awesome stuff.

Extortion are a killer thrashy hardcore band from Perth, Australia formed by Brendan (bass), Jay (guitar), Rhys (drums) and Rohan (vocals) in 2000 and something. Check them out if you like Crossed Out, Infest, Siege or anything like that.
I don't know anything about this band, but what I do know is that these guys are awesome. I'm posting everything they've released except the new Terminal Cancer EP (I'll put it up soon) and their splits with Agents of Abhorrence and Rupture, but you can buy them somewhere.

Weekend Nachos
Weekend Nachos are a hardcore band formed in Dekalb, Illinois by John “Hoffman” Caution, Adam Inverted, Ron and Andyzarian in 2004. Apparently they released a demo in 2005 but I can't find it anywhere. They have also released the Torture EP in 2006, It's A Wonderful Life in 2006 and Punish and Destroy in 2007. Also, according to their myspace they are working on a new full length called Unforgivable which is being released on Deep Six records in May.
I'm posting most of their stuff besides their stuff on This Comp Kills Fascists. Enjoy it.
Also, I'll be posting stuff all of kinds, not just death metal. Next up probably some Extortion.

Abramelin
Abramelin have long been renowned as one of Australia’s greatest and goriest death metal bands, though significant delays between releases and numerous line-up changes have meant that the band does not often enjoy time spent in the public spotlight.
Originally the band was formed under the name Acheron in Melbourne in 1988 by guitarist David Abbott. Later David added Simon Dower (vocals), Jason Black (guitar), Michael Colton (drums) and bass player Derek. Acheron released a 7" EP called "Deprived of Afterlife" on French label Corpsegrinder in 1991. From 91 to 94 several band changes occurred, with even the original member Abbott being replaced by diSEMBOWELMENT guitarist Jason Kells for a short time.
Acheron changed its name to Abramelin to avoid further confusion with the US black metal band, taking inspiration from the name of a 14th Century magician and alchemist. The first release under the new name was a badly-produced EP, released on Dark Oceans.

After the release of the EP yet another band change occurred, leaving them to record their first full length as a four piece.
Abramelin's self titled LP was released on Thrust Records in 1996 and was banned almost immediately in Western Australia due to the graphic lyrical content. At this point the drummer from Earth (Australian Gothenburg influenced metal band) had now joined as a second guitarist.
The LP was reissued by Repulse Records due to the lack of distribution around the world.
After a performance at the 1997 Metal for the Brain festival, Abramelin then appeared to grind to a halt with the rumoured and eagerly awaited second album lost in the aether.
Deadspeak was eventually released in mid-2000 as a two piece effort with Aldridge responsible for all the music, although Skitz had laid down the original drum tracks that were later re-recorded using a drum machine.
Abramelin appeared at Metal for the Brain in 2000 and then toured with Cradle of Filth in 2001.
Since these shows, Abramelin seems to have gone into hiding once more. Wilcock is now a member of British black metal band Akercocke.

Impetigo
Impetigo were a pioneering grind band from Bloomington in Illinois. Started in 1987 by Stevo (bass, vocals) and Mark (guitar) and eventually added Dan (drums) to their line up.
After releasing their live demo All We Need is Cheez in late 87, the band gained popularity in the underground. Their first LP Ultimo Mondo Cannibale, released early 1990 on Wild Rags Records was well received in the underground and even sold well overseas.
In mid/late 1991 Impetigo recorded my personal favourite of theirs, Horror of the Zombies, which was released on Wild Rags in 1992. Also, one of the things I love most about this album is the great use of samples. My favourite being the one on I Work for the Streetcleaner. The album art for it was done by long time friend Cannibal Jim. This released showed how the band had progressed through the years to develop an extremely heavy and sick sound, it also showed that the band was ready to be taken seriously.

Impetigo played around 30 shows in their 6-7 year life including some big events including Rhode Island Death Fest, two Milwaukee Metalfests and a show in Puerto Rico. They played with bands such as Repulsion, Macabre, Deceased, Incantation, Phlegm, Rottrevore, Psycho, Brutal Truth, Nuclear Death, Organic Infest, and more.
In 1993 the band decided to call it quits after their final appearance at the Milwaukee Metalfest VII. The band had always wanted to keep things on a personal and underground level and they had grown much bigger than they ever thought they would. They were also disenchanted with what was going on in the scene with all the shit talking and backstabbing. All this coupled with the regular pressures of jobs and family caused the band to call it quits.
They did a reunion gig for the 20th anniversary of the band, but it was one show only.
